His eye was bulging and he was disoriented, heartless owner dumped him in front of local shelter
This is the overnight video of Baby Huey being abandoned at a local shelter after whatever trauma he went through. This was provided to us by the local police department. Huey got out of his bed once, but immediately went back within a few seconds. Why did you do this to him?! When a shelter worker went to unlock the door for the day what she saw surprised her.
When she looked closer, she was horrified. A little puppy maybe 7 weeks old was lying motionless in his bed. As she approached and he raised his head, she saw the damage. His eye was bulging and he was disoriented. She picked him up and he was so skinny. And the puppy's tail was crooked in a "Z" shape as if it was broken..Watch the video below.
