On my way home, I found Vicky hid behind a wall. He was scared and kept waving his tail to be friendly. look like he was abandoned last night and get lost there was huge 10+ ticks on his body.
I tried to calm him down on the way to my vet. He got blood test and vaccinated. then removed load of ticks [100+].
Give him a medical bath. Vicky is very friendly - not sure why they abandoned him. but he was a bit scared, might got beaten previously. take him home, he behaves very weird.
He was scared and decided to seat outside. I gave him food trying to take him in eventually he went in, but still scared of things.
I told him stories before he went to sleep. After 3 days - Vicky now fully regained confident. He loves to play with me a lot. first time Vicky went outside after I got him. I'm so happy that we got Vicky into my family.
