There he was completely abandoned. Vera's owner is a peculiar man.
Vera was imprisoned and had no food or water.
Vera shaggy, malnourished. He was just skin and bones. How do you feel when you see this poor baby?

After getting the help of the local police. Vera is brought to Vet for examination.
The doctor determined: He had an intestinal obstruction. Maybe, he hasn't eaten in a long time.
The baby is still very peaceful. Stay with everyone. Vera wanted to be pampered and cherished. He has very gentle eyes.
