Stray Puppy Just Wants To Be Everyone's Friend

Brady, a tiny 4-month-old Pit Bull puppy, was found sleeping on the front porch of a family's home in St. Louis. The family immediately called Stray Rescue of St. Louis for help.

Donna Cochmann, the chief life-saving officer with the rescue, arrived to find the friendly pup curled up and ready to be rescued. With no other littermates or dogs around him, Brady had somehow learned to trust humans.

After being checked out by a veterinarian, Brady quickly won over the shelter staff with his happy-go-lucky attitude. He was soon placed in a foster home and quickly made himself at home, enjoying walks in the neighborhood, playing with bones and stuffed toys, and cuddling with his new family.

Brady's foster family even reports that he's a great co-worker, sometimes joining them in the office. The adoption listing for Brady notes that he is dog-friendly and mostly potty trained, with crate training underway.

Brady's story serves as a reminder of the importance of animal rescues and the power of love and care in transforming the lives of homeless pets. If you're considering adding a furry friend to your family, we encourage you to adopt.
