Meet Sandy. A car ԋit her and drove away, leaving her alone and injυɾed on the side of the road.
Sandy was found in an asphalt ditch by a kind passerby, who immediately called for help. She was rushed to the clinic, where X-rays showed that she had three broken pelvises and two broken hips. The vet knew that her injuries were severe and that she would need surgery to heal.
Sandy's owner was heartbroken, but he knew that he had to be strong for her. He stayed by her side throughout her operation and the following weeks of recovery.
Sandy had to wear a cast for 3 weeks and she was in a lot of pain. Her owner would hold her in his arms, because only this could calm her down.
During those three weeks, Sandy's owner took care of her with love and dedication. He would carry her everywhere, feed her, and make sure she was comfortable.
He never left her side, and his love and devotion helped her heal faster. Finally, she was able to walk again. From that day on, Sandy and her owner were inseparable.
They went on walks together, played together and Sandy's owner was always there to protect her. Sandy's accident had brought them even closer, and they were grateful for every day they had together.
