Meet Marcus!
Marcus was picked up last Wednesday as an owner surrender. Unfortunately, the transporter knew immediately something was wrong.
He had zero color , every part of him was white even his tongue.
Pale white gums and tongue , not even moving , covered in fleas, cold body temp. I knew he had a deformed hind leg, even though it had been described as a “tight tendon”.
He is now going to be fighting for his life - extremely anemic with a 7% PCV (anemia level) 97 degree temp.
His name is Marcus. I’ve been eager to meet him and to take care of him the way he needs.
He's finally healthy. He's completely transformed into a very handsome boy. Huge thanks to his foster family and everyone for giving him the best life.
